This melody by Gershon Ephros for the first part of L'cha Adonai, when we carry the Torah to the Bimah, is popular mostly among non-orthodox congregations in the US. In the version which appears in his cantorial anthology, Ephros scores a canon and some very unusual major 7th chords for the choir, which I have not included in this arrangement.
