This section of Birkat Hamazon is almost universally sung to this popular tune by Haim Kirsch, the Israeli composer, conductor and music educator. Like many orally transmitted melodies, it has become distorted over time, and is rarely sung with the correct pronunciation in the original way Kirsch wrote it.
