This traditional Sukkot theme is known as the Lulawschütteln nigun. Its main use is in Hallel, as a slow melody to facilitate shaking the arba minim, but it is also used as a seasonal leitmotif for Mi Chamocha in Ma'ariv (as per this arrangement), Adon Olam and Shir Hama'alot.
