This is one of the classic Duke's Place melodies, still very prevalent across shuls in the UK, but unknown elsewhere in the world. The tune is in the major, and joyously declares "This is the day that God has made: let us rejoice and be happy upon it." Despite this being a general Hallel tune, not specifically for Pesach, I've always thought that the rising shape of the final line has some similarity to the end of Adir Hu.
